Working for second company, would be breach of contract?

Is that because all subforums earn zero but admin is getting backhanders from gricer to post in general? -
Yes it is and you are correct. Even simpler is if the contract has times in it. If it says 9 to 5 or 8 hours a day or even (arguably) 'professional working day' then you are obliged to be available to the client for those times. Working on another client in those times is breach of contract.Originally posted by BenKart View PostI work as IT consultant and have contract with one company. I want to sign second contract with other company. However I wonder if it might be treated as breach of my contract.
One clause rise my concerns:"unless prevented by Incapacity, devote the whole of his time, attention and abilities to the business of the Company"
It is quite general, but signing second contract might be trated as breach of 'devoting the whole of his time'?
Rule of thumb. If you can't tell both clients exactly what you are doing you shouldn't be doing it.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

Can't believe we have 'upgraded' to a forum where moderators cannot move threads which is of course the right response and one they are pretty good at.Originally posted by northernladuk View Post
Totally agree with this and I've said the same as well. But if some eejit can't be bothered to take one squint at the types of posts in the forum then they are open season. No excuse for thinking General is the place to post anything.

I'm sure they can copy and paste them into sickipedia, not sure they would profit though.Originally posted by d000hg View Post
